Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
1 cake yeast
1/3 c. water
pinch of salt
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all together as for bread dough.
Spread on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Prebake crust at 375\u00b0 until light brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Brown ground beef and/or Italian sausage.
Drain.
Pour one jar pizza sauce over crust and sprinkle the browned meat on top of that.
Add onions, mushrooms, black olives or whatever your favorite toppings are.
Top all with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes in a 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
Joan suggests using any kind of meat or cheese you prefer.
