Souper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1 c. chicken bouillon
    1 soup can skim milk
    1 c. raw brown rice
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix soup and bouillon with milk.
    Add rice and mushrooms and pour into large nonstick casserole pan.
    Place chicken breasts in pan.
    Sprinkle with dry soup mix.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Contains 384 calories, 3 grams fat.
