Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham crackers or vanilla wafer crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. finely chopped multi-colored M&M's chocolate candies
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    green, red and yellow food coloring
    4 tsp. grated orange rind or 3/4 tsp. orange extract
    3/4 c. colored multi-colored M&M's chocolate candies, frozen
Preparation
    To make crust, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup finely chopped candies over crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly; freeze.
