Grandma'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    chicken pieces, skinned and washed
    salt and pepper
    flour
    onion powder
    parsley
    chicken bouillon or base (1 to 2 cubes)
Preparation
    Dip and coat chicken in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Brown chicken in oil in hot skillet.
    Place in Dutch oven or roaster.
    Add a little water with chicken bouillon and sprinkle with onion powder.
    Brown 2 tablespoons in skillet.
    Add water. Thicken and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done.
