Chunky Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 apple
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    16 oz. pears in juice, drained and chopped
    3 ribs celery, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    16 oz. \"whole cranberry\" cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Core apple and chop coarsely.
    Toss in small bowl with lemon juice, draining off any extra juice.
    Toss together apples, pears, celery and pecans.
    Cover and chill until serving time.
    Just before serving, drain any juice from fruit.
    Stir cranberry sauce into fruit, breaking it into pieces.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 8 (4 cups).
