Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 potatoes, cooked until done, drained and mashed really fluffy
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Add cream cheese and sour cream slowly to hot, mashed potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put in baking dish and brush top with melted butter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
