Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. anise flavor
    3 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 shot glass Sambuca or Anisette
Preparation
    In blender, beat eggs until fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar to beaten eggs.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add melted margarine, vanilla, anise flavor and Sambuca.
    Mix until well blended. Sift flour and baking powder together in a large bowl.
    Add egg mixture and beat with hand mixer until smooth.
    Batter will be sticky.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls in center of pattern on pizzelle iron.
    Heat until golden.
    When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar through sifter.
