Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 chopped onion
    2 c. canned tomatoes or juice
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 (14 oz.) bag sea shell macaroni
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in shortening, then add onion and brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cook about 1/2 of 14 ounce bag of sea shell macaroni according to directions on package.
    Drain and rinse, then add to meat mixture.
    Add 1 cup cream of mushroom soup.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Top mixture with 1 cup grated cheese and bake about 30 minutes or until cheese is completely melted, at 350\u00b0.
