Clubhouse Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
    2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
    1 Can (28 oz.) Stewed Tomatoes Cut Up
    1 1/2 Cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
    1 Large Green Pepper Julienne
    1 Med Onion Chopped
    1/2 Cup Water
    Hot Cooked Rice
    3 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in oil.
    Stir in the tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, onion, water, italian seasoning, and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat - cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until juices from chicken run clear.
