Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 apples, thinly sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except apples.
Fold in apples.
Put into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
Bake for about 1 hour.
