Ingredients

3 (No. 303) cans sliced beets or 6 c. cooked beets
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
24 whole cloves
3 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. beet juice
dash of salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients in saucepan, including beets.
Cook for 3 minutes until mixture thickens.
Let cool, then sore in refrigerator.
