Egg Chili Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 1/2 lb. Jack or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 cans diced chiles
Preparation

Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
For thick dish put in 7 1/2 x 11-inch or thinner 9 x 13-inch dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
