Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Cut butter into flour.
Mix egg yolk and sour cream.
Add to flour and mix thoroughly.
Divide dough into 3 portions and chill several hours or overnight. `Roll each portion into a 12-inch circle.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Sprinkle mixture on dough.
Cut each circle into 16 wedges.
Roll each wedge firmly, starting at outside edge.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
