Cranberry Crumb Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. uncooked regular oats
1 c. sugar
1 c. margarine, softened
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange marmalade
3/4 c. almonds, slivered
Preparation

Mix 2 cups flour with oats, sugar and margarine until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of oats mixture.
Press remaining in bottom of greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
In small bowl, mix cranberry sauce with marmalade, almonds and remaining 1/4 cup flour.
Spoon over oat mixture in pan.
Sprinkle with remaining oat mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool; cut into squares to serve.
