Pecan Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Pet milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, mix 1 cup Pet milk and 2 cups sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 2 cups chopped pecans and 1/4 stick butter.
    Stir 3 minutes more.
    Then remove from fire and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Stir until glossy.
    Pour in a greased pan.
