Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
3 c. shredded carrots
4 eggs
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, then beat together 2 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased only on the bottom.
Very good with cream cheese frosting.
