Special Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. crumbled Roquefort cheese
2 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cube crumbled chicken bouillon
4 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Saute onion, celery and garlic in butter until golden.
Remove from heat and add crumbs and two eggs.
Stir this mixture and cheese into chuck.
Add salt, pepper and crumbled bouillon.
Put half of meat mixture in greased loaf pan.
Arrange hard-boiled eggs in a row on top of meat.
Add remaining meat mixture; press firmly.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Pour off drippings.
