Mom'S Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    vanilla
    2 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, vanilla and mix well.
    Add to scalded milk.
    Bake in Corning casserole uncovered 10 minutes at 400\u00b0
    and 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
