Saucy Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes (undrained)
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 beef flavor bouillon cube
    1 large zucchini, cubed
    6 oz. Mueller's twist trio, cooked and drained
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute sausage and garlic over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and onion; cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes with juice, basil, oregano and bouillon cube, stirring to break up tomatoes.
    Add zucchini; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally.
    Cook 15 minutes, until zucchini is tender.
    Toss with twist trio.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
