Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1 Tbsp. shallots
    7 Tbsp. butter
    10 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute seafood and shallots in 4 tablespoons butter for about 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with 6 tablespoons sherry, salt and pepper.
    In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
    Add flour and stir.
    Add milk and remaining sherry.
    Stir constantly until thickened.
    Put in casserole.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 400\u00b0.
