Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 ice cubes
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. grated carrots
    juice from 1 lemon
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add ice cubes; stir.
    Add lemon juice, crushed pineapple and grated carrots.
    Chill slightly.
    Fold in pecans and finish chilling.
    Enjoy!
