Sweet And Sour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop all of the vegetables fine.
    Pour 1 cup sugar on top, then set aside.
    Boil 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, salad oil, celery seed and vinegar.
    Pour over cabbage and mix well.
    Set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Will keep for several days.
