Texas Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine or butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil; cool.
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add cooled cocoa mixture to dry ingredients.
Beat the eggs, sour cream and vanilla into batter.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
