Felix'S French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg for each 2 to 3 slices of bread
    1/4 to 1/2 c. of milk
    ground cinnamon to taste
    butter as you like it
    syrup or fruit for topping
Preparation
    Heat griddle.
    Combine eggs, milk and cinnamon in a deep dish and beat until smooth.
    After griddle is heated, open and put a little butter (or margarine) and spread around on griddle.
    Dip bread slices into batter and put on griddle.
    Cook a couple of minutes
    on each side of bread until golden brown.
    Take off griddle and add butter or margarine and syrup or fruit to your liking.
