Pepperoni And Cheese Appetizer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    18 thin slices Provolone cheese
    1 1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Measure warm water into a large bowl; sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved.
    Add sugar, salt, margarine and 3 cups flour; beat until smooth.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double.
