Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water (110 to 115~)
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. jam or preserves
Preparation

In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water; stir in Bisquick mix, egg and the 1 tablespoon of sugar; mix well.
Turn onto surface dusted with additional Bisquick mix.
Knead gently for 20 strokes. Place dough on center of a greased 15 1/2 x 12-inch baking sheet. Roll to 14 x 9-inches.
