Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can refrigerator biscuits, cut in bite size pieces
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 slices American cheese, cut in thin strips
Preparation
    Lightly brown beef and onion in skillet; drain.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Stir in ketchup and tomato sauce.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place cheese over beef mixture.
    Top with biscuits.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
