Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 med green pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 med onion, diced
3/4 - 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 (2 oz) jar pimentos, drained and diced
Preparation

In a 1 quart serving bowl, combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with slotted spoon.
