Cheddar Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast
    2 c. water
    3 green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese crackers
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cashews
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Simmer chicken 25 minutes.
    Drain broth and save.
    Cool chicken; tear into chunks.
    Cook macaroni in water.
    Drain. Place macaroni in 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese over.
    Cover with chicken.
    Thin soup with broth, 2/3 cup with each can of soup.
    Pour soup over top of chicken.
    Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
