Macaroni Oven Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. 7 Minute macaroni
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion chopped
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. can pork-ham luncheon meat, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender.
Rinse in cold water.
Cook celery, onion, tomatoes, green pepper and seasoning together 30 minutes.
Combine drained macaroni, vegetables, seasonings, meat, parsley and 3/4 cup grated cheese. Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake in moderate oven 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Top with 1/4 cup cheese last 5 minutes.
