Rice Goulash(Home Favorite Of Mary Sue And Bruce Lambert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained kidney beans
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 yellow onions
    4 stalks celery
    2 green peppers
    garlic salt (powder)
    tomato paste (optional)
    1 red sweet pepper
    fresh mushrooms
    32 oz. stewed tomatoes
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    cooked white rice
    oregano (optional)
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Chop in large bite size pieces the green peppers, onions, sweet red pepper and mushrooms.
    Chop the celery in small pieces. Cook all the vegetables in large deep skillet.
    Simmer until vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.
    (You may need to add a little tomato paste to thicken if desired.)
    Serve over rice. Shredded cheese topping adds to the dish.
