Super Slo-Cooker Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    2 c. basic tomato sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 c. long cooking rice
Preparation
    Combine all but the rice in a slo-cooker.
    Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce heat and slo-cook for 4 hours.
    Remove the chicken and discard the skin and bones.
    Measure the remaining liquid and, if necessary, add enough more bouillon to make 2 1/2 cups.
    Return chicken, liquid and rice to slo-cooker; slo-cook an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4 to 6.
