Sweet And Sour Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. onion
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    8 oz. noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil and add all ingredients, except cornstarch. Cover and cook 3 hours (simmer).
    Add cornstarch to thicken.
    Pour goulash over noodles.
