Country Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Wash roast in vinegar water and drain.
    In crock-pot, place roast and sprinkle 1 package of onion soup mix. Cook on low overnight.
