Hoisin Turkey In Lettuce Cups - cooking recipe

1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. cornstarch
7 oz. hoisin sauce
2 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
12 iceberg lettuce leaves
Preparation

In a large skillet, saut the ground turkey over medium-high heat, stirring, until it changes color and is cooked through. Drain well and return to pan.
Stir in cornstarch and hoisin sauce.
Heat and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
Add water chestnuts and the rice and stir until heated through.
