Cornmeal Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Blend cornmeal
    with cold water.
    Add to boiling water. Stir until
    rapidly boiling.
    Let thicken.
    Reduce heat to low and let simmer 30 minutes.
