Chicken Wings And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    6 chicken wings
    1/2 c. green onions
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag.
    Add wings; shake to coat well.
    Melt butter to sizzling in a heavy skillet.
    Add green onions, celery and rice.
    Stir gently until rice is golden. Add broth and thyme and stir well to blend.
    Return wings to skillet; cover and simmer until done.
    Top with almonds; serve hot.
