Mock Cheese Souffle * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread
4 eggs
2 c. milk
10 oz. sharp cheese
3/4 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Remove crust from bread.
Tear bread in pieces and pour melted margarine over it.
In blender, mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Add crumbled cheese.
Blend only until smooth.
Add bread, blend until smooth. Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
