Old-Fashioned Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Roll out about 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
