Mock Italian Meat Balls I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cheese (cottage or cream)
    1 c. ground pecans
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 to 2 eggs
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 small sprig parsley
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and make walnut-size balls.
    Deep fry for 5 minutes or until done.
    For a loaf, you may add tomato juice or milk and bake.
    Makes about 5 dozen small meat balls. Serve in or with spaghetti.
