Meat Ball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken broth (may be canned or made from prepared stock base and water)
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. diced potatoes (1-inch pieces)
    1 c. large elbow macaroni
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. diced carrots (1/2-inch pieces)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season ground turkey to taste with salt and pepper.
    Form 1-inch balls; set aside.
    Combine broth, tomatoes, onion, potatoes and carrots.
    Boil until potatoes are crisp-tender.
    Drop meat balls in boiling stew and cook about 10 minutes.
    Test meat as to doneness, then add macaroni.
    Cook another 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
    Taste for seasoning.
