Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large bunches broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1 lb. bacon, fried until crisp
1 onion (red), thickly sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix sugar, mayonnaise and vinegar until sugar is mostly dissolved.
(Thin with milk if desired.)
After bacon is fried, cut into small pieces and add to the broccoli and onion.
Pour dressing over top of salad and mix until covered completely.
