Chocolate Mocha Lattice Cake(3Rd Place In Pa State Greatest Cocoa Cake Contest) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 large eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. strong coffee, cooled
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together the first 8 ingredients.
    Beat on low and slowly add coffee, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until just blended, then mix on medium for 3 minutes.
    Grease 3 (8-inch) pans and dust with Hershey's unsweetened cocoa.
    Pour batter evenly into prepared pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes; cool for 10 minutes and remove from pans.
    Cool completely and split each layer in half.
