Finger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large flank or round steak
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 eggs
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips, about 1 to 2-inches wide and 5 to 6-inches long.
    Beat two eggs, add garlic salt.
    Dip steak in mixture, then roll in cracker crumbs and deep fry.
    Very good, even cold.
