Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. spareribs
    water
    1 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
    Barbecue Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Cover spareribs with water in a large pan.
    Cook over low heat for 1 hour; drain.
    Place ribs in shallow baking dish.
    Pour salad dressing over ribs.
    Cover; refrigerate and let marinate for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
    Cover and grill ribs 5 to 6 inches from medium coals, brushing with barbecue sauce every 5 minutes until ribs are done and meat begins to pull away from bone, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve with remaining sauce.
