Hot Mushroom Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    flour
    butter, softened
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, minced
    1 large onion, minced
    1/4 c. sour cream (can use low or no-fat)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of flour and 1/2 cup of butter until smooth.
    Shape into ball and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Saute mushrooms and onion in 3 tablespoons of butter until tender.
    Stir in sour cream, salt, thyme and 2 tablespoons of flour.
    Roll out dough and cut out 3-inch circles.
    Put a little mushroom mixture on each; fold and brush with butter.
    Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 450\u00b0.
