Yellow Rice With Shrimp And Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
    1 lb. small scallops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    1 small jar Pizza Quick sauce
    2 c. converted rice
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil.
    When tender, add water, rice and pizza sauce.
    Cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Add shrimp and scallops and cook, covered, until water is absorbed.
    Serve with Cuban bread and salad.
