Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. margarine
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Beat margarine until creamy, gradually adding sugar until light and fluffy.
Alternate adding flour mixture and bananas to margarine mixture, beating after each addition.
Bake in a well-greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
