Poor Man'S Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of potato soup
    2 potatoes, cut into small cubes
    green onions, sliced
    carrots, sliced
    milk (to your liking)
    salt and pepper to taste
    Swiss cheese (optional)
Preparation
    To the can of potato soup add the potatoes that have been cooked until done in water.
    Saute green onions and carrots in small amount of oil.
    Mix soup, potatoes, vegetables and milk for thinning.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Grate Swiss cheese into soup while hot.
    Stir well; heat thoroughly.
