Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups diced potatoes
    2 cups diced celery
    1 cup diced onions
    8 cups water
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 lbs. velveeta cheese (can be melted first)
Preparation
    Cook first 5 items for 30 minutes.
    Add broccoli and cook 20 minutes more.
    Add soup (I use 1 can of Cream of mushroom soup also) and cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted and mixed in well.
